PRINCIPLE NUMBER #1
Seek to rid your mind from outside circumstances. Allowing your mind to continue to dwell on what happened, and why it happened, is not helpful or beneficial. What caused your grief and loss are outside circumstances you can not control.

Learn to concentrate on the now in your life.
